Prayer Prompt



Have you tried spending five to fifteen minutes in prayer?  Developing a spirituality takes time and commitment but you can start small!  Don’t make it complicated.  Start with a few deep breaths to help you relax, think of something that you are thankful for and/or think of anything you want to change and/or think of who or what worries or troubles you, give it all up to God with a few more deep breaths.
